2) What we collect
Information you give us
- Contact details (name, work email, phone), company info, job title
- Enquiries, RFPs, statements of work, contracts, POs, support tickets
- Billing details and payment information (company billing address, VAT no.)
- Event registrations, demo requests, and survey responses
- Recruitment data if you apply for a job (CV, cover letter, interview notes)
Information we get automatically
- Website and product usage: IP address, device/browser, pages viewed, time on page, referral source, basic location (city/region)
- Cookies and similar tech (see Cookies below)
Information from third parties
- Business contact data from partners, referrals, public sources (e.g., company registers, LinkedIn)
- Project delivery info from suppliers/integrators if we’re working together on your behalf
We do not intentionally collect special category data (e.g., health, religion) or children’s data.
3) Why we use your data (and legal bases)
- To reply to enquiries, provide quotes, and deliver projects (contract; legitimate interests)
- To supply and support systems (conveyors, sorters, AMRs, WCS/WMS integration) (contract)
- To run our business (invoicing, accounting, audits, compliance) (legal obligation; legitimate interests)
- To improve our website and services (legitimate interests)
- To send B2B updates and invitations where allowed (consent or legitimate interests; you can opt out anytime)
- Recruitment (consent; legitimate interests)
We do not use your data for automated decisions that have legal or similarly significant effects.
4) Cookies & analytics
We use:
- Essential cookies to make the site work
- Analytics cookies to understand traffic and improve content
- (Optional) marketing cookies if/when we run campaigns

5) Sharing your data
We share only what’s needed, with:
- Service providers (hosting, email, CRM, analytics, document signing, IT support)
- Project partners (manufacturers, integrators, installers) to deliver your solution
- Professional advisers (legal, tax, auditors) and authorities where required
- Business transfers (e.g., merger or acquisition)
All suppliers are bound by contracts and must protect your data.
6) International transfers
Some partners and tools may be outside the EU/EEA and UK (for example, in the US or Asia). When we transfer data internationally, we use lawful safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses (and UK equivalents) and apply additional measures where appropriate. We minimise what we transfer and share only what’s necessary for the task.
7) How long we keep data
- Prospects and enquiries: up to 3 years after last contact
- Customers and project records: normally 6–10 years (to meet legal/accounting needs)
- Support logs: up to 24 months after closure
- Marketing preferences: until you opt out or we delete inactive records
- Recruitment: up to 6 months if not hired (longer only with your consent)
We delete or anonymise data when it’s no longer needed.
8) Security
We use technical and organisational measures such as access controls, encryption in transit, role-based permissions, vendor due diligence, and staff training. No system is 100% secure, but we work to prevent unauthorised access and will act promptly if an issue arises.
9) Your rights
Under the GDPR/UK GDPR you can:
- Access your data
- Correct inaccurate data
- Erase data (where applicable)
- Restrict or object to processing
- Port your data to another provider
- Withdraw consent (where consent is our basis)

10) Marketing choices
If you receive B2B emails from us, you can unsubscribe at any time via the link in the message or by contacting us. We won’t sell your data.

Our site may link to other websites. Their privacy practices are their own; please review their notices.
12) Changes to this notice
We may update this policy if our practices change or the law requires it. We’ll post the new version with a new “Last updated” date.
