SmartPick brings intelligent robotic handling into two demanding parts of the operation: unloading mixed cartons from containers and stacking finished products onto pallets. Using industrial robots, vision technology and adaptable picking logic, the system helps replace repetitive manual handling with a safer and more consistent process.
Robotic palletising with HuEvo
The HuEvo robotic palletiser automates the repetitive task of stacking cartons, cases and packaged products onto pallets.
Products arrive on the infeed conveyor, where the robot picks and places them according to the required pallet pattern. The system creates repeatable, stable pallet loads ready for wrapping, storage or dispatch.
Different system sizes, robot brands, payloads and gripper configurations are available. This allows the solution to be matched to the dimensions, weight, throughput and handling requirements of the products.
CoreConvey can also integrate the palletiser with conveyors, pallet handling, safety equipment and upstream production processes, creating one coordinated system rather than an isolated robot cell.
SmartPick automated container unloading
Unloading containers manually is physically demanding, difficult to staff and unpredictable. Cartons may be tightly packed, positioned at different angles and mixed in size, making conventional fixed automation difficult to apply.
The SmartPick Unloader uses an industrial robotic arm, 3D vision and intelligent picking software to analyse the actual load inside the container. It identifies suitable cartons, determines how they should be handled and adapts continuously as the load changes.
Unlike systems that depend on a rigid, predefined loading pattern, SmartPick is designed to work with mixed and unstructured loads. Cartons are removed from the container and transferred to an outbound conveyor, creating a more continuous flow into the warehouse.
The result is less manual lifting, improved operator safety and a more consistent unloading process.
